Love the idea of incorporating soccer into Sadie’s. My suggestion is to have a soccer ball and write on the soccer ball fun phrases.
For example: “Will you kick it with me at Sadie’s?”, “We will have a ball if we go to Sadie’s together” and “Don’t pass up the idea.” Then put the ball in his soccer bag so when he goes to practice he will see it right away.

Buy his favorite type of pie and bring it to the next tutoring session. Write on the pie “Sadies?” and when you give it to him, say “I know you love pi, so be my sweetie pie and be my date for Sadies.”

Since you and your boyfriend have been going out for a while I don’t think its weird to involve food in the relationship. How about this: have a pizza delivered to his house and have a note that reads, “I know this is cheesy but you are saucy, so will you go to the dance with me” Make sure to put your name under the pizza.
