This is freshman Genevieve Huie’s first year as a staff writer for The Californian. She is looking forward to interviewing others and improving her storytelling and writing skills. Genevieve enjoys playing sports such as basketball and lacrosse. In her free time, she likes to listen to music, hang out with her family, and go shopping. This year she wants to get good grades and meet new people.
