This is Mohamed Albender’s first and last year as a senior in newspaper class as a staff writer for The Californian. Mohamed is excited to dive into his first year in the newspaper because he hopes to develop new skills, interact with other people, and step out of his comfort zone. His favorite hobbies are playing video games and sports like basketball and soccer. He took the newspaper because it felt different from other classes and was a new experience. His favorite meal is from Wingstop, and he is very picky when it comes to food. He plans to go to college after high school and get his degree. He wants to be able to travel anywhere in the world in the future and get a good job.
