Sophomore Shyamak Panda is a first-year staff writer for The Californian. Even after taking numerous writing workshops and classes, he still can’t remember to properly cite his sources. Shyamak Panda has entered the gates of Room 321 to improve his writing skills and to give voice to the unrepresented. Some of his hobbies include playing with his dog, hanging out with friends, and watching the Lincoln Lawyer (or any Clippers game). He likes listening to R&B singers like Jill Scott and Faith Evans, and wishes for a record player. He hopes to become somebody successful in life.
