Call of Duty Black Ops 2 and Assasins Creed 3 Game Reviews

“Call of Duty Black Ops 2”

The newly released “Call of Duty Black Ops 2” is finally out and better than ever.

The new game – ranked No. 15 on a list of games of the year, according to gamesrader.com – puts players into the future with new maps, such as Nuketown 2025, Hijacked and Plaza, and weapons such as he invisible camo.

“Black Ops 2” is unlike the rest of the “Call of Duty” games because it’s a lot more futuristic.  Sales of the game blew away the previously released “Black Ops” game, totaling more about $500 million in the first 24 hours and more than $1 billion in the first 15 days.

If pre-ordered, the player was able to get Nuketown 2025 which is a futuristic version of the original Nuketown. Players who purchased the Hardened Edition they received Nuketown Zombies, which is the old map but everything is dark and destroyed.

Between the two maps, Nuketown 2025 is more enoyable to play. The graphics from the previous “Black Ops” were better, but the sound quality on the new game is improved, making it much more enjoyable. This game has definitely improved over the years. I give it 3 out of 4 Grizzly paws.

“Assassins Creed 3”

“Assassins Creed 3,” which gamesrader.com has reached No. 39 on a list of games of the year, is the newest of the three games in the series and definitely the best.

In the newest game, players get pulled back in into the past and plays as Connor, a Mohawk Native American who is born during the American Revolution and becomes more talented as the game progresses.

Ubisoft did an outstanding job with the graphics and all the details put into the game. From the frontier to the towns of Boston, players won’t find any detail overlooked.  Compared to the past two “Assassin Creed” games, this one definitely shines.

Ubisoft also captured the image of the war players all imagine.  The campaign might be 40 hours long on single player, but that time passes right by as you get sucked into the game.  I give “Assassins Cree 3” 3.5 out of 4 Grizzly paws.
