Emmy Burrus
Emmy Burrus is a junior in her second year of newspaper, and is now a news editor.  Last year, she was a reporter but this year she’s looking forward to collaborating with the other editors and getting to help manage the news section. Her favorite article that she wrote last year was called, “Anti-vaping class implemented.” Besides being in newspaper, she enjoys swimming, spending time with friends and family, and reading. She currently lives with her parents, older brother, and dog, Teddy. She hopes to someday go to a college like Cal Poly, but for now she’s excited for this year.
